Unlocked Karaoke Activists Involved in Robbery and Confession of BNN Members

Nasional, alapola- Four people in the robbery mode claiming to be officers of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) Karawang were arrested by Karawang police officers after robbing a PT Samudera Berlian office, located in Jalan Interchage, West Karawang.

This mob of armed robbers managed to deceive their victims after brandishing a gun and showing a fake BNN card. They immediately took the money in a bag containing Rp. 160 million. The money from the robbery is used by the perpetrators for spree at entertainment venues (karaoke)

Four perpetrators were arrested in their homes, namely BS (26), AYP (24), LT (25) NS (31) and another, WL (30) was declared a fugitive. currently, the ranks of the Karawang Police Satreskrim are still hunting down fellow perpetrators who are still at large.


"We arrested four suspects while at his home. When they were arrested by officers, they did not fight and were immediately taken to Mapolres. They are a group of robbers who use firearms and claim to be members of the BNN. We caught a week after robbery victims reported this incident, "said Karawang Police Chief AKBP Slamet Waloya when exposing the case at Karawang Police Station, Tuesday (10/16/2018).

Slamet said, the mastermind behind the robbery was NS alias Samrun, an activist who often held a number of demonstrations at the Karawang regency office. When arrested by the police, Samrun told officers that he had robbed him of drunken conditions.

"The perpetrators pointed firearms to frighten victims, then took bags, cellphones and cash. Later, it is known that the pin is fake, "he said.

The suspect Samrun claimed, while robbing him and his friends of being drunk. After the alcoholic party, NS alias Samrun and his friends planned a robbery.

Samrun said the motive for this robbery was because of money for fun. After successfully robbing the money used for spree in nightclubs in Jakarta. "We use Rp161 million for karaoke and massage until the remaining five million rupiahs are left," Samrun said
